Optied.com has been updated. Please sign in with your employee ID and the usual password (Note: the password has not been changed with the update). If your employee ID hasn't been entered into optied, please ask you your manager to contact opticaloperations@costco.com

The first time you sign in you'll be asked to provide the following information:

email address
the month and year you are expecting to take the spectacle and/or contact lens certification exams
warehouse number

And, if you have achieved certification and/or licensing you'll be asked to provide the following information:

ABO Number

NCLE Number

State License Spectacle Number

State License Contact Lens Number
